Not washing your face (before bed)
It’s perfectly normal to want to skip the sink after a hard day. However, just because you can’t see the filth on your face doesn’t mean it isn’t there, and your complexion will suffer. The accumulation of dirt, oil, and pollutants causes inflammation and breakouts. Use a mild cleanser containing moisturizers like glycerin or plant oils to keep your skin moisturized. Taking steamed shower daily
Taking a lengthy, steaming shower in the morning is a terrific way to wake up, especially when it’s cold outside. However, doing it on a regular basis may damage your efforts to get healthy skin. Hot water damages the skin’s protective layer, which seals in much-needed moisture, hastening the aging process. If you wash your face in the shower to save time in the morning rush, you risk harming your capillaries, which dilate when exposed to hot water.
Skipping sunscreen
Sunlight is soothing to the skin, but it contains harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Premature aging and skin cancer are both caused by UV rays. Too much sugar
Sugar-rich diets have been shown in several studies to hasten the aging process. Foods with a high glycemic index can cause weight gain and damage your skin. Desserts cause inflammation by raising insulin levels in the body. Pigmentation, wrinkles, and acne can result because of this.
Coffee first thing in the morning
Many people can’t fathom starting their day without a hot cup of coffee, and apart from being tasty, coffee has skin-beneficial properties. However, if you drink it every day before breakfast, you may be doing more damage than good to your skin. Coffee is a strong diuretic, which means it might make you somewhat dehydrated. As a result, it will be more difficult for toxins to leave your body through your skin, exposing it to premature wrinkles.
